If you guys are like me, you are *starving* when you wake up in the AM. It's a problem for me because I need to eat right away when I get up, in order to have energy to do my workout. But I don't *want* to eat, because having food in my stomach during my workout does not feel good.
Solution: Something light yet filling to fuel me up without sitting heavy in my stomach. Yum, yum, yum. These bars are vegan and full of great stuff for our bodies. Enjoy!
