Exercise Challenge: Side Burpees (from hell)

Today I did the Side Burpee Exercise Challenge. I completed 60 reps in 8:15. Who can beat me?? Good luck!

P.S. I kind of feel like I am going to die! This one really gets that heart rate up. My arms are like limp noodles now. It's a nice change from the usually really lower-body-intense workouts (I love those, too, of course.)
